- Jim, if you have no other device on Com2, and you can disable any external
- port you have on Com2, that is a good place to put your modem. Com2
- has a higher interupt priority than Com1 (which is a good place for a serial
- mouse). Often sound cards like to use IRQ5, so maybe you are having that problem.
